RAVA Designs, LLC is a partnership born out of synchronicity between Dru Rafkin, a Certified Coach and Lois Linn, owner and designer of Serendip Designs Jewelry. Dru has spent the last decade using her skills and expertise (first as an Organizing Consultant and now as a Coach) to support people in lessening the stress in their daily lives through her business Sane Solutions by Dru. Lois has always loved making and designing beautiful things. Beginning in 1990 she decided to make this love her livelihood, starting her company Serendip Designs Jewelry. Her pieces can be found at fine galleries and gift stores throughout the US. Together they work to bring beauty and ease to your life through RAVA Designs.

When Dru first had the idea for what has become RAVA Designs jewelry, she knew what she wanted but had no idea of how to bring it to fruition. She had learned in her training that there are practical tools to keep us on track as we move towards our goals. Her idea was to create beautiful jewelry which used those tools and reminded people of what they are capable of. She temporarily forgot the part of her training that told her to share her ideas and ask for support. Instead, she just let the idea run in circles inside in her head.

The idea never went away. It nagged at her persistently. “Finally, I knew I needed help to make it a reality. I saw great potential but had no idea how to start.” Dru took her idea to her friend Lois thinking that, of course, creating jewelry for “everyone” was ridiculous and impossible. She knew Lois would laugh and they'd never speak of such a crazy idea again. Instead, Lois was very excited by the idea and immediately started pursuing design possibilities. “We found that we greatly enjoy partnering to create something we both believe in.”
